What to expect?
The first part of the workshop is all about imaging what is possible, learning more about your aspirations, values and motivators, creating a compass that will guide you in your decision making, tuning into what balance means to you, understanding the concept of managing energy rather than just time and developing possible future scenarios.
In the second part of the program, we get very concrete. It is all about implementation. What are the concrete next steps you will take? Whom and what do you need to be aware of? You will receive feedback to your brand and have the chance to practice conversations in a safe and supportive environment.
